Prices are subject to change without notice.

Payment must be successfully processed before an order enters production unless alternative payment arrangements have been approved.

For custom team orders, bulk purchases, or specialty merchandise, separate payment terms may be established through a written quotation or invoice.

We reserve the right to cancel orders resulting from obvious pricing errors, subject to applicable law.

If an order is canceled after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

SECTION 5 — CUSTOM PRODUCTS & MADE-TO-ORDER MERCHANDISE

Many products sold by Rink Riot Hockey Co. are produced specifically for individual customers, teams, organizations, or events.

These products may include:

Custom hockey jerseys
Sublimated uniforms
Printed apparel
Embroidered merchandise
Personalized hats and accessories
Team merchandise
Special-order products
Custom-designed apparel

Because these products may be manufactured specifically for an order, special conditions apply.

Custom Order Approval

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all applicable product details before production.

These details may include:

Artwork and logo placement
Spelling and personalization
Player names and numbers
Colors and design elements
Product sizing
Garment selection
Quantities
Final production specifications

Once a customer approves a design or production proof, that approval authorizes Rink Riot Hockey Co. to proceed with manufacturing.

We are not responsible for errors appearing in customer-approved artwork or specifications unless the finished product differs materially from the approved design.

Production Changes

Once production begins, modifications may not be possible.

Requests for changes after production has started may result in additional charges or require a new order.

Custom Product Returns

Custom, personalized, and made-to-order merchandise is generally nonreturnable and nonrefundable, except when merchandise arrives defective, incorrect due to our error, or otherwise qualifies for a remedy under applicable law.

SECTION 6 — CUSTOMER-SUPPLIED ARTWORK & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Customers submitting logos, graphics, photographs, names, or other creative materials for custom merchandise represent that they own the materials or have obtained the necessary permissions to reproduce them.

By submitting artwork, customers grant Rink Riot Hockey Co. a limited, nonexclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, and prepare the submitted materials solely as reasonably necessary to fulfill the requested order.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that submitted materials do not infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights of third parties.

We reserve the right to decline production of merchandise containing artwork that we reasonably believe violates intellectual property laws or other applicable regulations.

Custom Artwork Created by Rink Riot Hockey Co.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, original designs, illustrations, concepts, production artwork, and other creative materials developed by Rink Riot Hockey Co. remain our intellectual property.

Payment for merchandise does not automatically transfer ownership of the underlying artwork or design files.

Customers seeking exclusive ownership or commercial licensing rights must obtain a separate written agreement.

Customer-owned logos and artwork remain the property of their respective owners.

SECTION 7 — PRODUCTION & FULFILLMENT TIMES

Many of our products require production before shipment.

Our typical estimated production timelines are:

Printed and Print-to-Ship Items: 7–10 business days.

Embroidered Merchandise: Approximately 14 business days.

Special Orders and Custom Merchandise: Approximately 3 weeks.

Fully sublimated uniforms, specialty-manufactured merchandise, and large team orders may require additional production time.

These timelines are estimates and do not include shipping transit time.

Production timelines generally begin after payment is received, required artwork is approved, and all necessary order information has been submitted.

Delays may occur due to material availability, supplier delays, production capacity, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We do not guarantee production or delivery dates unless expressly confirmed in writing.

SECTION 8 — SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping rates and available delivery methods are displayed during checkout or provided through an approved custom-order quotation.

Shipping transit times are separate from production timelines.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

We are not responsible for delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses supplied by customers.

Once an order has shipped, delivery is subject to the shipping carrier's operations.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist customers with lost, delayed, or damaged shipments.

Any responsibility for lost or damaged shipments will be determined in accordance with applicable law and our Shipping & Fulfillment Policy.

Expedited shipping does not automatically include expedited production.

SECTION 9 — RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Our Refund & Exchange Policy governs requests involving returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds.

Because many products are manufactured specifically for each customer, made-to-order and personalized merchandise is generally excluded from standard returns and exchanges.

Eligible exchanges for standard merchandise may be limited to the exact same product, subject to availability and the conditions stated in our Refund & Exchange Policy.

Customers requesting an eligible exchange may be responsible for return shipping and replacement shipping expenses.

These restrictions do not apply where a refund, replacement, or other remedy is required by applicable law.

Products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error will be reviewed for an appropriate resolution.

SECTION 11 — TEAM ORDERS & BULK PURCHASES

Team orders, organization purchases, and bulk merchandise orders may be subject to additional conditions.

Any written quotation or custom-order agreement accepted by the customer will supplement these Terms of Service.

If a written custom-order agreement conflicts with these general Terms, the specific provisions of the written agreement will control for that order.

Customers placing team orders are responsible for submitting accurate roster information, including player names, numbers, sizes, and quantities.

Errors in customer-submitted roster information that appear in an approved production proof may require additional charges to correct.

SECTION 12 — THIRD-PARTY SERVICES & LINKS

Our website may contain links to third-party websites, payment providers, shipping carriers, or other external services.

These services operate independently from Rink Riot Hockey Co.

We are not responsible for the content, security practices, availability, or policies of third-party websites.
